    The hotel was romantic with HOSPITABLE staff and an amazing location to the town center of Aix-en-Provence. Thoroughly enjoyed a minibar, central heating, iron and ironing board in the room. Everything was beautiful. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here.

    Absoluteley not worth my high expectations. The bathroom had black mould, and you woudl think fixing that could have been a top priority. After the inconveniences, I expected some gesture of goodwill, like complimentary breakfast, but they just served the same old cold food every day. I almost left a great review just couldn't.

    Great location, not far from the center. A beautiful house, great breakfast and very, very friendly, nice, helpful staff. Fine bed, all very clean!

    I am a bit corpulent and the toilet is much too small in this respect. I did not manage to sit down on the toilet because the sink and shower were much too close together. You can save space, but not on the toilet!!

    The grounds are fine with lovely gardens, and the pool is an oasis of tranquility-perfect for a dip after exploring. The atmosphere is just fabulous!

    The hotel was formerly a family-run house, with attention to detail, to the exclusivity. The hotel is now in new hands, more mainstream and tour group-oriented - and therefore rather "loud". The service is friendly but not (more) attentive.
